2023 Christmas Banquet

“Christmas Las Vegas Style”

Festivities will include Dinner, Auctions, and Casino Night.

This year, the Christmas Banquet will be at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center North Hotel on December 2, 2023, located at 7525 E. Hampden Ave, Denver, CO. 80231

Cocktails begin at 5:00 p.m. with Dinner at 5:30 p.m., Banquet and Auction from 6:20 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., and Casino Night from 8:30 p.m. until 11:45 p.m.

We will have a Silent and Live Auction and 3 hours of Casino Night following Dinner and the Auctions.

Dinner is $80.00 per person or 2 for $155.00.

This includes Dinner, Coffee, and Tea. In addition, a cash bar will be available.

Casino Night Tickets are $45.00 each or $ 2 for $80.00.

The casino ticket includes $1,000.00 of Playing Chips and a complimentary bar beverage (additional Playing Chips will be available for a fee, $500.00 in Chips for $20.00, or $1,000.00 in Chips for $35.00). In addition, a cash bar will be available.

Cancellations after November 24, 2023, for Dinner or Casino Night will not be refunded.

Rooms will be available for a rate of $99.00 per night. The “Manager’s Reception” includes a Hotel stay from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., which includes Well, Wine, and draft Beer at no charge! A free “Cook to Order Breakfast” is also included from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. RSVP for rooms with the Reservations Department online or by phone (please see the Hotel Reservation Sheet enclosed in this packet) by 12/1/2023 for the discounted room rate (as long as inventory rooms are available). The T.R.P.C. Board wants you to participate in all the festivities. However, we strongly encourage you to reserve a room or have a designated driver if you plan to consume any alcoholic beverages.

Below is the information you need to make reservations for the Towing and Recovery Professionals of Colorado group. The discounted room rate is $99.00 plus tax.

The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is December 01, 2023.  Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be taken at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability.
